What we liked
- + Small 12-Inch lid suits compact framed tanks used for shrimp or bettas
- + Clear glass lets light through while keeping livestock from escaping
- + Hinged design makes daily feeding and dosing quick
Trade-offs
- - Only fits tanks with a matching rim, so check the frame width first
- - Plastic back strip may need trimming for bulky hang-on filters
