What we liked
- + Listing describes removal of biofilm, floating plant matter and dust, plus a bottom outlet for gentle flow.
- + Floating ring adapts to water level, and the collection basket has fine slots described as safe for shrimp and small fish.
- + Rated up to 92 gallons (350 L), with a 3-year warranty and UL certification stated in the listing.
Trade-offs
- - It sits inside the tank, so it takes up some space in a small scape.
- - It is a different make than the Eheim Skim350 it replaces, so fitting details are not the same.
