What we liked
- + Polished tempered glass panels link together and fold, so one panel can lift for feeding.
- + Included trim strips can be cut with scissors to leave cutouts for filters, heaters and tubing.
- + Listing says the glass stops jumpers and keeps pets out, and it is described as not blocking tank lighting.
Trade-offs
- - Sized for 29 gallon tanks, a much smaller lid than the 45 by 22 inch model it replaces.
- - Uses double-sided adhesive for the handle and joins, and measuring your tank opening first is needed.
