What we liked
- + Tear-off polyester floss is shaped to fit the media chamber with no measuring or cutting.
- + Fluffy layered structure traps fine particles while letting water through when loosely packed.
- + Arrives vacuum-compressed and expands once opened, and fits HOB, canister and internal filters.
Trade-offs
- - Newer brand with a limited track record in the listing.
- - Disposable media that needs replacing when dirty or when flow slows.
